Walbrook Business Park will benefit to the local community creating a business hub of the island.
Walbrook House
Walbrook House will be situated at the entrance to the park. The business centre which will comprise of admin services and meeting rooms.
Meeting Rooms
Not all businesses require a space to facilitate meetings on their own premises, therefore, the park will offer high tech, sound proofed rooms that fit approx. 4-16 people which will be available to hire.
Admin Services
A useful admin services will be available for tenants renting a unit.
Future Ideas
The scope for the park is endless. Our vision is for the park to facilitate a café, children's play centre, innovation centre and training services, to name a few.
