Phase 1 complete- Spring 2024
The build commenced in Autumn 2023, we focused on Buildings 4, 5 and 6 and we gained tenants early on in the process; this meant that the tenants were able to design and build alongside Medichem Properties and FKA Construction resulting in a bespoke unit fit for purpose. Trade counter units
Phase 2- Autumn 2024
The next phase of build is under way and we are looking for tenants to occupy Buildings 1, 2 and 3. These units vary from 1,400 sq ft to 2,800 sq ft.
