There will be approx. 30 units available. A standard unit will be steel framed with white cladding, a roller door and a main entrance.

A row of 4 units of 1,000sq ft can easily be modified to make a 2, 3 or 4,000 sq ft unit offering complete flexibility. 

The units will be built with a clear underside haunch of between 5.4m and 7.2m tall, with additional space in the peak, giving each unit the capacity to have a first floor or mezzanine built in.

There will be two office blocks each 2,400sq ft providing a variety of different size office spaces. Similarly, an office can be anything from a one-person office to a whole block.

The park has B1, B2 and B8 classification inviting light industrial, general industrial, storage and distribution business.
