Walbrook Business Park is being developed by Medichem Properties, a local Queenborough based company that has been developing property since 1996. Medichem Properties has a wide range of commercial and residential units.
Medichem Properties have also built a 40,000 sq ft unit along the same road called Walbrook West.
Our Vision
Walbrook Business Park will be the first of its kind on the Isle of Sheppey. With approx. 70,000 sq ft, it will be offering over 30 small to medium industrial and commercial business units under B1, B2 and B8 classification.
The units have been designed with experienced architects to ensure an exceptional work environment.
